I have purchased a new Comio handset, and I would like to transfer all my data from old phone to new.

  • Launch the Clone 360 app into your Comio handset.
  • Ensure that the old phone have the internet connectivity.
  • User need to install the Clone 360 application into the old phone as well. This can be done by:
  • Directly downloading from the Google play store
    i. Sending the APK file from the new phone to the old phone via Bluetooth.
    ii. Download by scanning the QR code appeared in new phone.
    iii. Sending the download link from the new phone to old phone via SMS.
  • Select ‘This is new phone’ and ‘This is old phone’ option in your new and old phone respectively. And establish the connection.
  • Select the data that the user wishes to transfer from the old phone to the new, this may include
    iv. Contact
    v. SMS
    vi. Photos
    vii. Videos
    viii. Audio Files
  • Select ‘Transfer now’

How to change the language in Comio handset?

  • Open your device settings.
  • Scroll down and select ‘Languages & input’.
  • Select ‘Languages’
  • Select ‘Add languages’ and search and tap on the required language.
  • Drag the same to the priority 1.

How anti-theft app work in Comio handsets?

  • Launch the anti-theft app.
  • Login using a google/Facebook ID.
  • Bind Friends number. User can use this number to send SMSs to control the phone.
  • Activate the functions.
    i. Location update.
    ii. Verify the password on shutdown.
    iii. Automatically connect to network after restart.
    iv. Enable Auto-Synchronise.
  • After the successful completion user will get a unique ID and password for 360 OS ID.
  • In case the phone is lost/stolen, user can login to https://cloud-en.360shouji.com using this user ID and password.
  • User can login and trace out the location of the stolen handset by clicking on ‘Location’.
  • User can lock the lost handset by selecting ‘Anti-theft Lock’
  • Once the handset has been recovered, user can again login in to this ID and unlock the handset by selecting ‘Anti-theft Unlock’.

How can I protect my files from the virus?

  • Launch the 360 Security App in your Comio phone.
  • Go to the ‘Antivirus’ pane.
  • Select ‘Scan’.
  • The app will start scanning all the files and folders, and notify the user in case of any threat, and the same can be removed by clicking on ‘Remove Threats’.

How the image click seekie works in Comio handsets?

User needs to launch the inbuilt antitheft app, when someone tries to unlock the device by breaking the pattern lock or the pin number then the device automatically saves the image of the person. The same will appear on the screen right after the user feed the correct pin/pattern.
